What Athletes Need
- Running shoes (first few practices will be in running shoes only)
- Training spikes (bring to all practices)
- Proper athletic apparel and WATER !!
Parent Guidelines
We ask that all parents remain on campus for the entire practice in case of weather delays or early dismissal needs. Your cooperation ensures athlete safety at all times. We are thrilled to kick off another outstanding season of training, growth, and elite performance. A full meet schedule will be shared soon.
